WORK PROCESS
Throughout the years we’ve developed a successful work process that let’s us plan carefully every step of creating your product which results in optimization of costs and minimization of any errors.
1. Valuation
Tell us about your idea and we will provide you an initial quote that will specify the cost range of your project.
2. Brief
This is the foundation of all design work. This document sets out all customer expectations for the final product. Proper preparation of the Brief is extremely important for the further planning process. It is on the basis of this document that technical and UX analyses, mockups and the final technical specification will be created.
3. First Workshop
During a meeting lasting several hours, we will go through the construction of the planned product, its features and objectives. It is here that we collect preliminary information necessary to build UX mockups and technical specifications that will be the foundation of your entire project.
4. Mockups and Specification
Mockups are a graphical representation of each screen of the created application. They are designed to plan the structure and check the functionality of the planned product. Prepared by our UX designer based on Brief and the first workshop meeting with the client.
5. Second Workshop
During the second workshop, based on previously prepared mockups and technical specification of the project, together we will go through all the details of the product, we will clarify all doubts so that the vision contained in the specification 100% coincides with your vision.
6. Quality Assurance
After creating the first version of the specification, our Quality Assurance department can take an active part in the process. The task of Quality Assurance is to find all problematic aspects of the project - to check all devices on which the product will be used, to test possible operating systems. It will also determine the requirements of software shops, which will facilitate the process of launching the application and cooperation with designers on possible improvement of the product interface.
7. Start coding
After completing the planning process, we can start production work. Detailed documentation will not only minimise problems in the production process, but also reduce costs by shortening the time needed for the work of the development team
